I do love these mails. As it was, they tried to post it as a comment, then they felt the need to actually mail me the response anyway. Since they tried to post this to the public area, I figured I would help them..

Actually, I never had the chance to update the post regarding the blog
spammers and my attempts to collect fees. Although I wasn't able to
"collect" on the advertising, I was able to force the advertiser to find
new DNS provider, affiliate account, new hosting provider and they lost their domains byproxy account as well.
No, your credit score won't drop, but your spam will probably increase
once the spam bots find the new post.

Let's see spamming is illegal right? So call the Bar for his state and file a complaint against him.
