Sleeping is very important to me. On nights like tonight when "HE" stays up all night, at first it's fun.. I'll sit and chat in my corner, I enjoy having the time alone where things are quiet but dark. Now he's really bugging me. I'm trying to sleep and he walks by and wakes me up. I fluffed my wings at him... that'll show him! ..now BACK TO SLEEP!

Oh, hi. I should introduce myself. I'm Java. Currently my owner is sitting in the other room tapping away on a laptop. I can hear him. I've been sitting out in my cage all morning showing off all of the sounds I can make and other than answering me a few times he's been ignoring me. The most recent phrase I learned is "I'm a chicken!" I have no idea what that means and I'll probably be emotionally scarred for life once I do... but for now I say it because it sounds cool and it's the sound the other guy makes.. hopefully if I repeat him enough we can eventually talk.
Enough pecking at the keyboard.. back to eating.
