It may sound obvious, but yes, sleep is good. I’ve been lacking on sleep recently. Yesterday I both took a 2 hour nap and also went to bed earlier.. and then woke up later this morning and I’m feeling MUCH better. Also a haircut helped me feel better too (yes, guys are affected by “bad hair days” ..at least I know I am. The lack of sleep thing makes me cranky, the haircut thing makes me withdrawn… I think I am back now
Shouldn’t be staying up so late then should you! Anyone would think you were addicted or something
